Hey Toros, are you ready to get tropical? Early-bird tickets to Montera’s 2026 Benefit on March 14 are on sale now! This adults-only party is going to be jumpin’! There will be jams by a live DJ in a nightclub atmosphere, delicious food, cocktails at the cash bar, live auction and good vibes. Tickets include entry, dinner and a welcome drink!

Why does Montera have a benefit & auction?
Montera hosts its annual benefit and auction for a few important reasons. It is a fun, social event that brings our community together, and it is also a critical fundraiser. The auction helps fund a large portion of the Montera PTO’s operating budget, with proceeds directly supporting essential programs and resources that benefit our students and school.
Why is there a silent online auction? Is this different from the in-person benefit event?
The silent online auction gives everyone in the Montera community a chance to participate in the fundraiser! Family, friends, neighbors, Montera families and staff can all bid and win great items from anywhere. The online silent auction will open in mid-February on this site .
The in-person benefit takes place on March 14 and includes a live auction that features exclusive items that are not available during the online auction. You can expect fast-paced, traditional paddle-style bidding. Attending the in-person benefit does not mean you have to bid on items—we simply want everyone to join the fun if they can.

Want to attend the in-person benefit but need assistance? Email president@monterapto.com . We have a limited number of sliding-scale and complimentary tickets available via promo code, no questions asked.
Teacher/Staff Benefit Ticket Donations
We truly appreciate our amazing Montera teachers and staff! They receive complimentary tickets to the in-person benefit event on March 14 as a thank-you for all they do. Please consider contributing to help cover the cost of their tickets.
What should I wear?
The theme is Toros in the Tropics. The goal is to turn Zanzi into a tropical tiki bar with laid-back island vibes. Feel free to dress on theme—think tropical prints, bright colors, linens, fun beach accessories—or come as you are. There is no strict dress code.

Do you know a business that might donate an item or service to Montera? Please help get the word out! We are seeking donations big and small, including gift cards in any amount, discount codes or coupons, donated items, services, or experiences.
Businesses benefit from visibility and promotion in our online and/or live auction events. Donations are tax deductible, and funds directly support programs that benefit Montera students and teachers.
