Annual Back to School Data Confirmation Now Open

Welcome, new and returning parents!

Each year, before the first day of school, it's important for all parents or legal guardians to complete the Annual Back to School Data Confirmation process for the 2024-25 school year. This can be done online through the Aeries Parent Portal. This process allows families to update or enter student demographics, emergency contacts, and medical conditions, as well as review and approve important Oakland Unified School District policies and forms that must be on file for every student.

We ask that all families complete this process to ensure we have the most up-to-date information for your student before school starts on August 12.
