Student Work Permits
To obtain a work permit, students must first complete a Work Permit Application. Please refer to the following link for more details:
Once you’ve submitted the application, contact Erica Saephan so she can track it and begin processing on her end.
Work Permit Process:
- Secure a job.
- Student completes the application using their OUSD email. Be sure to include contact information (including email addresses) for your parent/guardian and employer.
- Parent/guardian completes their section of the application.
- Employer completes their section.
- Once all sections are completed, the school is notified and can process the application. We will then generate the official work permit and email it to the student and/or parent/guardian.
