Student Work Permits

To obtain a work permit, students must first complete a Work Permit Application. Please refer to the following link for more details:

OUSD Work Permit Information

Once you’ve submitted the application, contact Erica Saephan so she can track it and begin processing on her end.

Work Permit Process:

  1. Secure a job.
  2. Student completes the application using their OUSD email. Be sure to include contact information (including email addresses) for your parent/guardian and employer.
  3. Parent/guardian completes their section of the application.
  4. Employer completes their section.
  5. Once all sections are completed, the school is notified and can process the application. We will then generate the official work permit and email it to the student and/or parent/guardian.
